Sushi With Our Sockeye
Our salmon is so good you can eat it raw, and here's proof! They're serving it at Kyatchi this week in a variety of delicious forms. Thank you to Chef Hide Tozawa for the outstanding sushi made with our sockeye salmon. The Tataki roll has a very nice balance of flavors which also compliments the delightful crispy salmon skin salad. Get in to Kyatchi this week before they sell out of our fish - you'll love it!
